The full conference fee is $390 USD and includes the October 25-27 conference program plus the following meals and events:

Full-day workshops will be held on Sunday, October 24 and half-day workshops on Wednesday afternoon, October 27. The fee is $130 for the full-day workshops and $80 for the half-day workshops. Click for workshop descriptions. Please note that in case of low registration, we reserve the right to cancel any workshops by August 31, at which point full refunds will be made.
Registration deadline is August 25, 2010. Participants are encouraged to register early as registration for the previous conferences closed several weeks before the deadline due to high demand. Single day registration will open later in the summer, if space is still available.
Check Payment: Please make checks payable to the Association of Research Libraries. Please mail check by August 31, 2010 to the address below, and include a copy of your registration confirmation (to be received via email):

Cancellation Policy: ARL, University of Virginia, and University of Washington reserve the right to cancel this event through Tuesday, August 31, 2010. An e-mail announcement will be sent to registrants in the event of a cancellation. Registrants will receive a full refund.
Participant Cancellations: Written requests for cancellation will be honored through Tuesday, August 31, 2010, with a $50 cancellation fee. After that date, no refund will be given. Registration and payment may be transferred to another individual at your institution. If you wish to cancel or transfer, please send an e-mail with your request laconf@arl.org.
